The Special Workers Compensation Appeals Panel reversed the trial courts award of benefits to a McMinnville police officer who had suffered a heart attack. At issue is whether the heart attack was an accidental injury suffered in the course of employment, which, of course, is a prerequisite for the payment of benefits. We find that it was not and affirm the Panels findings of fact and Conclusions of law.
